This website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served with the website.

Vercel hosts the website and processes technical information associated with requests, such as IP addresses, browser information and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the service.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how people use the website. It provides aggregate statistics about page views, referring websites, approximate location, browsers and device types without using analytics cookies.

We remove query strings and URL fragments before sending page views. We do not send enquiry content or custom events to analytics. Unknown page addresses are recorded as a general missing-page view.

Vercel uses a temporary visitor identifier that is discarded after 24 hours. This is separate from the aggregate reports. Read more about Vercel Web Analytics and privacy.

Contacting us

We use your email address, name and any information you include in your message to respond to your enquiry and follow-up correspondence. Please don’t include patient information.

The website does not store enquiry messages in a database. Resend delivers contact-form enquiries to our shared email address, which forwards to Adam and Salah. We receive and reply to correspondence using Google and Microsoft email services. You can also email us directly.

Providing your contact details is voluntary, but we need a way to reply if you would like a response.

Why we use this information

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, understanding website use and keeping the website working securely. We use enquiry details to understand your request and discuss possible work with you.

We do not use website enquiries for automated decisions or profiling.

How long we keep information

For enquiries that do not lead to a project, we keep correspondence for six months after the last correspondence, then delete it.

Resend retains email content and delivery logs for 30 days under its standard retention policy. This is separate from the correspondence held in our inboxes.

If an enquiry leads to a project, we retain the relevant correspondence for the duration of the work and as needed afterwards to meet contractual or legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Technical request information is retained for as long as needed to operate and protect the website, including investigating faults or abuse, in line with Vercel’s retention arrangements.

Our Vercel plan provides a 12-month analytics reporting window. Vercel may retain aggregate statistics for longer under its own retention arrangements.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website and provides analytics. Resend processes contact-form details to deliver enquiries by email. Namecheap provides our DNS and email forwarding; Google and Microsoft provide the inboxes used by our team. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell your personal information.

Vercel may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Its data processing terms include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where required. You can contact us for more information about these safeguards.

Resend stores email data in the United States, even though our sending region is Ireland. Its data processing terms cover international transfers using standard contractual clauses. Read more about Resend’s storage and retention arrangements.

Your information and your rights

You can ask for access to your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it or restrict its use. Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis for processing, you may also have a right to data portability.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To make a request or raise a concern, email info@clinicalguidelines.ai.

You can also raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator.
